The architectural and design company 5Fstudio designed a modern sports and recreation complex located on the outskirts of the city of Lviv in picturesque, natural forests.


The total territory of the complex covers more than 40 hectares. All locations of the object are located around a large eco-pool with an area of ​​7 hectares. Emily Resort offers a wide range of various services and entertainment and the guests can spend their vacation brightly and usefully in any season of the year.
The infrastructure of the resort's complex includes: a five star hotel, a medical center for rejuvenation and detox therapy, a SPA center with indoor pools and 15 different saunas, one of the largest Event Halls in Ukraine, 6 food establishments (from elite restaurants to food courts), 11 apartment cottages, a universal sports hall with an area of ​​1,500 square meters, a gym with professional equipment, a hostel for 150 places, a children's camp in the style of "Harry Potter", a vip - zone on the island with a pool and jacuzzi, a large street pool 91 m long with 1400 seats, an area with a professional stage 18x10 m, a helipad and a parking under canopies with solar panels.



Emily Hotel is a modern hotel with 166 rooms with a large multifunctional SPA center.

Emily Wellness&SPA is a multifunctional SPA center: twelve saunas, four swimming pools, a private beach, unique procedures and the ultra-modern Emily Gym.



Emily Medical Center is a state-of-the-art medical center that has no analogues. Qualified doctors and services at the level of world standards of medicine and cosmetology.


One of the main highlights of this facility is the Football Academy of FC "Rukh", which was created at the level of European academies. That's why there are five full-size football fields with the latest generation covering on the territory, which meet international standards and provide an opportunity to conduct training at the level of the national teams of the world.

The ski slopes and snow tubing, which are the largest in Europe with an artificial surface, make the complex unique.
For active recreation, volleyball courts, tennis courts, beach football, a rope park, a mini zoo, a roller rink/skating rink and children's entertainment areas on the water are also offered.


Emily Ski - 6 long tracks for all-season skiing and a children's slide located in a natural area - an excellent place for children, youth and family.



Island Beach Club is an island for exclusive relax! Comfortable sunbeds and spacious bungalows, a panoramic pool and a refreshing jacuzzi, as well as houses in the water with a sauna and a private terrace.


Food Court offers a wide selection of dishes for every taste: own pizza, grill menu, salads, first and second courses combined with a large bar and refreshing drinks.

Kona Village , on Hawaii's Big Island, reimagines an 81-acre resort around the history of Kaupulehu, led by Greg Warner and Mike McCabe of Walker Warner. The rebuilt property includes 150 traditional guest hale, a new spa, and five restaurants and bars—two of which carry over from the original resort. Rather than a wholesale reinvention, the project reads as a continuation: a property rebuilt around what made the original site significant in the first place.
