Moxy Warsaw Praga: Living the Energy of a Creative District
Praga district, once industrial and today filled with galleries, studios, cafés, and cultural spaces, is home to the vibrant Moxy Warsaw Praga. The hotel embraces the spirit of the neighborhood with a modern and playful design (typical of the Moxy Hotels concept) featuring industrial elements that echo the area’s historic character.

The architecture itself reflects this balance between heritage and modernity. The building integrates contemporary volumes with historical structures typical of the Praga district, creating a layered architectural presence that feels both fresh and respectful of the area’s industrial past. Position is another key strength. The hotel enjoys a strategic location that allows guests to explore one of the most culturally dynamic parts of the city while remaining well connected to Warsaw’s historic center and main attractions. Whether visiting for business, design exploration, or a city break, the location oOers an ideal starting point for discovering a diOerent, more authentic side of the Polish capital.

Stepping inside the hotel, guests are immediately welcomed into a Lobby that feels less like a traditional hotel reception and more like a vibrant social hub. Designed as a multifunctional space, the lobby reveals the personality of the entire hotel from the very first moment. This lively space as well as all hotel’s interiors were created by the design studio Manuttone. Exposed brick walls recall the industrial heritage while contemporary furnishings, colorful accents, and unexpected decorative elements bring a sense of energy and informality. At the center of the space, comfortable sofas and lounge seating invite guests to relax, work or socialize. The layout encourages interaction and flexibility: during the day the lobby works as an informal workspace or meeting point, while in the evening it naturally transforms into a lively gathering place where travelers and locals can mix.

Instead of a formal front desk, the check-in counter is designed as a multifunctional balcony like space that naturally transitions into the
Bar. After check-in, guests can order a coffee or enjoy a cocktail in the very same area, blurring the line between reception and social hub.

Right next to the reception area, the
Breakfast zone reveals another playful design detail. The buffet is organized with a series of pull-out trays integrated into the counter, allowing guests to easily slide them out and compose their breakfast in a simple and intuitive way. This functional element adds an unexpected tactile dimension to the experience while keeping the space visually clean and organized.
The aesthetic continues the hotel’s distinctive design language: white tiled walls reminiscent of classic cafés, wooden cutting boards displayed like decorative objects, and open shelves filled with bread, cereals and glass jars that evoke the atmosphere of a contemporary urban pantry.

Moving from the lobby to the upper floors where we find the rooms, the elevators’ aesthetic embraces a distinctly underground style presenting the creative and slightly rebellious vibe. Dark tones, graphic elements and bold lighting create an atmosphere that feels almost clublike. An unexpected yet fitting design gesture that reinforces the hotel’s youthful identity.

The rooms are designed to provide a more intimate and relaxing ambiance. The interiors follow a contemporary aesthetic with clean lines and modern materials. Particular attention has been given to lighting design. Rather than relying on a single central source, the rooms feature soft, warm lights that create a cozy. The bathrooms continue this modern design approach, with sleek finishes and a minimalist layout that enhances both practicality and visual clarity. Here too, lighting plays a key role, highlighting surfaces and mirrors while maintaining a relaxing tone.
