The sophisticated appeal of Opera Contemporary on display in Dubai

February 7, 2020

The sophisticated appeal of Opera Contemporary permeates the exclusive atmosphere of the XXII Carat Club Villas residential project: an oasis of elegance in the Persian Gulf that draws on the artisan reputation of “Made in Italy” to create fascinating arrangements enhanced by unique sartorial details.

Twenty-two lavish villas with panoramic views of the Dubai skyline rise majestically in the evocative setting of Palm Jumeirah, designed by Forum Group. The Ruby, Emerald, and Sapphire residences are characterised by classical architectural details of remarkable aesthetic value. Arched windows and doors, classical columns, and terraces with pergolas enhance the facades, while the interiors are a homage to Italy’s exceptional artisan tradition.

For the second Emerald sample apartment, Forum Group has selected Opera Contemporary to be its main partner in the design of the interiors. Among the collections chosen were included some of the company’s best-sellers, designed by the Castello Lagravinese Studio.

Among the brand’s products selected for the bedroom (a total of four bedrooms are furnished by Opera Contemporary), a room with a neutral colour palette stands out. The Berenice bed, main piece of the space, boasts a large headboard enhanced by elegant deep-button upholstery.

Immersed in the elegant living area are two sophisticated Simon sofas, characterised by enveloping contours that delicately embrace the spacious seats. An intense shade of emerald green enhances the deep-button upholstery that adorns the backrest and infuses the environment with an intimate and sophisticated touch. The Gabriel and Cyrano coffee tables and the Isabel console blend harmoniously into the context.

The centrepiece of the dining room represents the brand’s sartorial vocation. The size and marble top of the Romeo table, in its extendable version, were created upon request of the client. The wooden structure is illuminated by mirrored strips that outline the elegant silhouette for unforgettable festive moments. The simple volumes of the Victor collection are articulated in two exclusive, single-door bar cabinets with a diamond pattern. The Teseo console, with sophisticated tactile contrasts, completes the space.

The expertise acquired by Opera Contemporary over the years permits the brand to exercise extraordinary design versatility, blending attention to detail, materials, and environment. The wide range of collections in its catalogue, which can be customised in terms of finishes, coverings, and functional characteristics, is made available to architects and designers in order to satisfy the demands of the market.
