PUNTOFILIPINO unveils its latest residential project designed in Madrid: a 74m² apartment by eclectic, bold and vibrant style.
PUNTOFILIPINO designed the interiors in a very modern design but also with a slightly historical bent. There is a perpetual link between the past and the present, inspired by the Danish painter Ebba Nina Beck Carstensen.
Danish design classics coexist with "custom" pieces to create and forge a particular atmosphere, a timeless visual and emotional pathway.
Avoiding the use of banal or provocative shapes, an identity of contrasting and strong impact has been created, with simple but sophisticated signs, mixing softness and rigidity, light and dark; evocative spaces of far and distant times.
A language inspired by a set of emotional alchemies made of unexpected choices, preservation, inventions, lights, stones and oxidation; an aesthetic without restrictions where each object has its own power and expressive "reason for being".
Spaces that feel as if they have always been there, and embrace the idea of a style tinged with nostalgia.
To creat a twist in the design, PUNTOFILIPINO opted for bold patterns on the fabrics and a risky approach to color.

Home Projects
Led by Weronika Budzichowska, the design studio To Be Design projected a flat featuring natural materials, subdued colours and breathtaking views from the windows.
Located in a classical building stylized under the Stalinist era in Kyiv, Nastia Mirzoyan designed a 55 m² apartment providing a harmonious blend of interior design with the building's architecture .
Papundekl Architekti projected a small apartment in a Prague block of flats from the late 60s has not been renovated yet.
MAKHNO Studio designed a two-story apartment in the centre of Kyiv that combines various styles, aesthetic directions, and shades of art.
Mario Montesinos Marco projected the apartment inside an old neoclassical building in the heart of Valencia, causing extensive structural damage with a deafening crash.
