CIFF Guangzhou 2026: Shaping the Future of Furniture and Design

February 27, 2026

From March 18–21 and March 28–31, 2026, the 57th edition of CIFF Guangzhou returns with a strategic and forward-looking theme CONNECT·CREATE, positioning itself not only as a global furniture exhibition, but as an integrated platform where production and consumption, design and manufacturing, technology and culture converge to redefine the future of the industry.

As global supply chains recalibrate and consumer expectations evolve at unprecedented speed, CIFF Guangzhou strengthens its role as a central meeting point for brands, designers, manufacturers and international buyers. The fair has long been recognized as one of the most comprehensive furniture events worldwide, but in 2026 it takes a decisive step further, transforming into a cohesive ecosystem designed to connect every stage of the value chain.

Building on the strategic direction introduced with CONNECT·CREATE, the 57th edition presents a curated preview of the ideas and innovations shaping tomorrow’s markets. Through its three major exhibitions: Home Furniture, Office & Commercial Space, and CIFM/interzum guangzhou, CIFF articulates a unified vision in which design excellence, technological progress, industrial efficiency and commercial opportunity are seamlessly integrated.

Home Furniture: Design Leadership & Global Market Opportunities

The Home Furniture Exhibition reaffirms CIFF’s position as a design-driven and internationally oriented sourcing platform.

At the heart of this vision lies the CIFF · Contemporary Design Fair, occupying 40,000 m² in Area A. Bringing together more than 60 commercial design brands, over 20 designer studios and 40 international companies, the section demonstrates the vitality and maturity of China’s evolving design culture. New entries such as Camerich, Neodko, Pablo, Dickson and Yeswood contribute to a dynamic dialogue between Eastern creativity and global aesthetics, reinforcing CIFF’s ambition to serve as a bridge between international design narratives and manufacturing excellence.

Upholstered Innovation & Smart Living

Spanning 130,000 m² across Areas A and B, the Upholstered Furniture Exhibition hosts over 400 brands and introduces an enhanced “SOFA PLUS” concept in Area B. Hall 3.2 presents internationally recognized leaders including HTL, AICO, Ashley, Chateau d’Ax and Egoitaliano, underscoring the fair’s global reach.

Hall 5.2, dedicated to the Smart Sleep Ecosystem, highlights intelligent mattresses, smart beds, sleep-monitoring systems and multifunctional sofas - a clear reflection of how technology is redefining comfort and wellness in domestic environments.

International Pavilion & Dining Evolution

With its 30,000 m² , the International Pavilion gathers 90 curated global manufacturers, broadening the sourcing spectrum and reinforcing cross-border trade opportunities. The Dining & Living sector extends across 120,000 m² between PWTC Area E and Area C, assembling more than 800 enterprises from 150 Chinese industrial clusters. Here, new solutions for dining spaces, living environments and cross-border e-commerce strategies illustrate the growing intersection between production efficiency and global retail channels.

Home Decor & Hometextiles: Aesthetics, Culture & New Living Concepts

Nearly 700 brands fill 60,000 m² in Area D, presenting a rich panorama of aesthetics, craftsmanship and lifestyle innovation. Particular attention is given to wellbeing-oriented proposals, including Healthy & Senior Living solutions and the rapidly expanding Pet Home & Supplies sector: a sign of shifting demographic priorities and consumer sensitivity toward inclusive and lifestyle-driven design.

The East Design Show enriches the exhibition with a curated blend of cultural creativity, brand incubation and commercial strategy, supporting the next generation of soft-furnishings designers and reinforcing the dialogue between heritage and innovation.

Outdoor Furniture: A Complete Vision of Outdoor Living

Occupying 50,000 m² across Halls 9.0–10.0, the Outdoor Furniture, Sunshade & Leisure section brings together around 400 brands to present one of the industry’s most comprehensive visions of integrated outdoor living. From advanced material applications to refined craftsmanship and evolving global leisure trends, the exhibition highlights how outdoor environments are increasingly conceived as natural extensions of interior design language. Curated displays and thematic forums further consolidate CIFF Guangzhou’s authority as a reference point for outdoor design innovation.

Office & Commercial Space: Sustainable Workplaces & Intelligent Environments

With more than 240,000 m² dedicated to workplace and contract solutions, the Office & Commercial Space exhibition outlines a forward-looking scenario in which sustainability, ergonomics and digital intelligence define the next generation of professional environments.

  • Area A showcases the complete office-environment supply chain, offering an integrated perspective from furniture systems to spatial planning.

  • Area B focuses on Public Commercial Spaces, presenting tailored solutions for education, hospitality, transportation and multifunctional public interiors.

  • Area D hosts the world’s largest Office Seating platform, emphasizing innovation in ergonomics, advanced materials and user-centered research.

CIFM/interzum guangzhou: Technology & Materials Driving the Future of Manufacturing

As the industrial powerhouse of the event, CIFM/interzum guangzhou spans 170,000 m² and concentrates on the technological backbone of the furniture sector.

  • Area B focuses on intelligent and flexible production machinery, reflecting the shift toward automation and customized mass production.

  • Area C presents advanced materials for CMF innovation and sustainability, highlighting how surfaces, finishes and material research are redefining design possibilities.

  • Hardware technologies in Area B demonstrate new solutions for integrated living systems and contract environments, further reinforcing the synergy between technical development and creative ambition.
