Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company S.P.C. has signed a partnership agreement with Italian luxury fashion house Roberto Cavalli, which will exclusively design the interiors of the Eastern Tower at the Waterbay project in Bahrain Bay.

Bin Faqeeh is the first real estate developer in the Kingdom of Bahrain to collaborate with an international fashion brand. Waterbay Residence by Roberto Cavalli will be the upcoming luxury development located at Bahrain Bay. It will feature signature Italian interiors designed by the Roberto Cavalli brand, which will create elegant, glamorous and modern spaces enabling the tower’s residents to enjoy a luxurious, hyper comfortable lifestyle.

Launched in 2018, the Waterbay project, which will be developed in partnership with Paramount Hotels & Resorts, includes the Waterbay Middle, the Eastern Tower Waterbay Residence by Roberto Cavalli and the Western Tower, named Paramount Residences Bahrain.

For the Waterbay real estate development, located in front of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay overlooking The Avenues Mall and the Manama skyline, the Roberto Cavalli Group will create customized interiors where the company’s latest Home collection will contribute to deliver a full, rich experience in the brand’s signature luxurious world.

Inside the Waterbay luxurious spaces, the brand will recreate a flamboyant yet sophisticated atmosphere with the RC Home wide offerings of luxurious interior design options, spanning from jungle-inspired wallpapers, modular bookcases and sofas mixing leather and precious fabrics, luxurious chaises lounge and lamps, coffee tables and dressers, all embellished with metallic decorative elements.

The collection, which perfectly reflects the brand’s signature high-end Made in Italy artisanal craftsmanship, is enriched with a limited edition tableware range of exquisite dessert plates, cups and vases. “Roberto Cavalli unifies the world of fashion, interiors and lifestyle combining the most elegant expressions of luxury with distinct glamour, finest Italian taste, innovative craftsmanship and Mediterranean emotion & energy for an unmistakable joie di vivre,” adds Gian Giacomo Ferraris.
