A stable living environment
An old hotel near Shanghai's Botanical Garden was transformed into 66 new co-living apartments for shared living space and community building in a cooperative living model.
Cohost West Bund is recognized by a botanical theme in the design language echoing the nearby botanical garden. As the building rises, its new black facade and the added French-style balconies will give you access to nature and view of the tree-lined street from the rooms.
Private sanctuary, dutch doors, shared functional areas, lounges provide a unique co-living experience. Cohost is a living community that flourishes over time, like a garden.
Tiled facade features botanical patterns and theme also carried throughout the interior of the building in the colors, upholstery, carpets and cushions.
Lounges create opportunities to connect and relax while larger spaces can be used for events and festivities. At the base of the building are a number of shops, restaurants and a full gym.ο»Ώ
Each room provides the tenant with a private sanctuary with all their essentials, including an ensuite bathroom, a desk for studying and a compact kitchenette for simple food preparation.
