Vivian Coser rebuilds a 305m² apartment adapting to the new technologies

The client is a newly married residents that asked for a multipurpose project, which would be possible to enjoy the best of a home office and home theater, but above all would be functional, comfortable and cozy.

The highlight of this project is the harmony between the classic base and the selection of timeless pieces with a design. The solutions used were good lighting and sound design allied with the technology, present in the automation of lighting and the cooling of the environment.

An important point to add is the presence of the work of art, always essential in a project. In this case, the works were responsible for the touch of color and joy in the environment. The choice of furniture with a good design made the difference in bringing comfort and elegance to the project, the Macassar ebony present in some furniture (TV, wine cellar warmed the space and brought with it a special warmth. The Roman travertine marble was chosen as floor and skirting board for almost all social environments of the residence and in the intimate areas, the rooms were lined with wooden floor.

The bookcase and desk of the office were designed by the architect especially for this home office, both in wood Ebony Macassar. The table top is covered in leather. The chairs are from the B&B Italia designed by Antonio Citterio. Tolomeo lamps by Artemide. The Highlight of the home office is the Mole Poltrona by Sérgio Rodrigues.
